Responsibilities:
Answer Phones And Book Reservations For Customers Based On Availability Listed In The System
Upsell Tickets To Clients By Recommending Higher-End Seats Or Suggesting VIP Tickets
Process Online Reservations And Update The System To Reflect The New Status For Each Event
Inform Customers Of Alternative Events, Concerts Or Promotions If They Are Unable To Book The Tickets They Originally Wanted
Respond Swiftly And Courteously To Customer Complaints Or Inquiries
Follow The Suggested Script Provided To All Inside Sales Representatives
Capture Customer Information, Including Addresses And Phone Numbers, For Future Follow-Up
Adjust Your Sales Presentation Based On Success/Fail Averages
Build Rapport With Customers Through Friendly, Engaging Communication
Develop, Manage And Execute Inside Sales Strategy In Line With Edutech Objectives
Prospect New Leads Through Targeted Outbound Campaigns
