Enkay is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include selling and promoting our products and services to new and existing customers; generating new business opportunities; and working with employees to ensure smooth sales operations. 

 Skills/Qualifications 

 Required 

* 1+ years inside sales experience 

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet 

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration  

* Excellent communication skills 

 Preferred 

* Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and working knowledge of contact management and order management systems 

* Call Center experience 

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to achieve targets.
