Position Details: Inside Sales Representative

  • Assertive & ability to present point of view very clearly
  • Presentable Ability to build strong network.
  • Ability to work in a multidimensional environment.
  • Positive, cheerful & high energy.
  • Strong process orientation & sales discipline.
  • Preferably Graduate in Engineering with Experience in Marketing / Sales.
  • Experience of 1 - 3 years in selling with at least 1 year of selling experience in Engineering software/services.
  • Exceptional relationship building capability & track record.
  • Can be hunter or farmer depending on specific nature of the job.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Go getter & very strong interpersonal skills.
