·      Location:-Must be living in Gurgaon or ready to relocate

JOB BRIEF: - We are looking for talented and competitive inside Inside Sales Representative who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: -

·       Communicating with customers

·       Making outbound call to potential customers

·       Generate cross sell and upsell leads from existing set of customers

·       Developing new leads

·       Creating and maintaining customer database

·       Understanding customer needs

·       Explaining product features and benefits

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: - Graduate

EXPERIENCE: -

·       Minimum2+ years of experience required in Sales.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong listening skills.

·       Strong sales and cold calling skills.

·       Strong presentation skills

·       Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent customer service skills.
