Inside Sales Specialist

Exp - 3 to 4 years

CTC – 3 to 4lac (p/a)

Eligibility:

Professionals from Hospitality Industry with experience in Hotels Technologies like POS, PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Managers will be preferred

Responsibility:

• Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and interests.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of demand, product knowledge, capabilities and limitations
• Respond to customers' requests for pricing, availability, and product uses and creative ideas
• Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied and to answer any questions or concerns.
• Support sales efforts such as attending an exhibit if necessary.
• Research new sales opportunities, identify key sources, generate interest and close sales
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
• Keep management informed of activity, including timely correspondence through emails and calls.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively
• 3 to 4 years experience in Customer Support
• Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality background
