Roles & Responsibilities

Ø  Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.

Ø  Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Ø  Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects and actively manage the progression of sales opportunities.

Ø  Actively team with business partners and technical sales team to successfully close opportunities.

Ø  Commit to and deliver results based on monthly targets/forecasts.

Ø  Able to generate leads via Linkedin, social media and Email Marketing etc.

Ø  Identify & participate in industry exhibition & events with support of sales to generate market qualified leads.

Candidates Requirements

Ø Bachelor’s degree or associated relevant field

Ø  Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Ø  Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and have a positive outcome based conversation over an email or phone call.

Ø  Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.

Ø  Shall perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ø  Proven experience of 1-2 years in inside sales.

Ø  Must be target driven.

Fluency in any of the additional South Indian languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Telugu or Malayalam will be an added advantage
