Job Description: Inside Sales Telecaller – PhD Research Assistance

Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote PhD research assistance services.
• Qualify leads by assessing the needs of candidates and explaining the company’s services effectively.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers through persuasive calls and communication.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and client data.
• Schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team or experts.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Assist in managing the lead pipeline and customer database.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively explain services and address client concerns.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Goal-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
