We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are passionate about starting a career in B2B sales and lead generation. You will be trained to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets in a fast-paced SaaS-based environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Assist in executing lead generation campaigns using email, social media, content outreach, and other digital platforms.
● Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
● Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls (as required) to create interest and schedule introductory meetings.
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools accurately and regularly.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer profiles and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
● Participate in training sessions to understand the product, market trends, and sales processes.
● Track outreach activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
Education & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
