Job Description

Job Role :
  • Making expediting plan to adhere project/order delivery date.
  • Field visit and identify key areas of expediting.
  • Investigating all aspects of vendors scheduling to ensure that they meet  project objective.
  • To ensure that the ongoing manufacturing is as per specification agreed in order.
  • Identifying areas that they may cause potential delays.
  • Facilitate to implement quick counter measures to help in avoiding further delivery postponement.
  • Ensure that delivery is made on time.
  • Ensure level of quality.
  • Reporting in recommended format on the same day of visit.
  • Supplier performance monitoring and rating on monthly basis
  • Knowledge of Transformer,LT & HT Panel, Motor, Geared Motor, VFD, Starter, Relay, Contactors, Cable and any other electrical / electronic  spares / items  and electro-mechanical components.
