Job Description:

As an Instructional Design Analyst, you will provide learning design consultancy to business stakeholders across the globe as well as work hands-on with the resources, providing instructional design expertise and reviewing deliverables projects. We are looking forward to hire talented professionals with strong technical and creative capabilities who can develop all creative and technical aspects of learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

•      Assist with the design, development, pilot, and deployment of learning solutions

•      Activities may include:

o     Researching relevant ,updated source material needed to meet business outcomes

o     Designing the learning experience, whether live, virtual, Nano/eLearning, mobile, etc.

o     Delivering the program with excellence, including end-to-end program communications

o     Driving follow-through to maximize transfer of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to the job

o     Deploying learning solutions that actively help in on-the-job performance support

o     Driving completion within budget and timeline

•      Manage project efforts in the team and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts(SMEs),clients/stakeholders, and the team to develop and deliver learning solutions

•      Work with graphic designers and instructional designers to provide best-in-class learning-oriented media per client requirement

•      Anticipate risks and take corrective measures to keep projects and the business on track

•      Provide deep learning insights that are translated into tactical learning solutions

•      Take initiative and interact confidently with various stakeholders to facilitate meetings, identify needs, analyze situations, formulate solutions, secure buy-in, and implement processes

·         Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Logical thinking and decision-making skills

·         Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility

·         Graduate degree in any discipline

·         Experience using MS Office Products including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point
