Job Description:
- We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop eLearning content.
- The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Job Responsibilities:
-Design a variety of instructional materials online courses as needed.
- Conduct thorough research, boast good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
- Create content with information that can be used and applied in the real world always in cooperation with SMEs, professionals and team members.
- Develop E-learning content, classroom training materials, facilitator's guide and Instructor-led training materials.
- Select, modify, or create a design and develop Instructional materials appropriate for a given project.
- Develop storyboards for developing e-learning and web-based content review and proofread training materials for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must be able to apply various Instructional strategies, models, and theories to create instructionally sound content.
- Create engaging learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning.
- Reviews all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc.
- Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies.
- Developing instructional strategies and designing learning solutions, including course design documents, curriculums, syllabi, summative assessments, and rubrics.

Education: Bachelor's/Masters in Engineering Degree/Computer Science or comparable science/technology major
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3 to 7 years of industry experience in Instructional Designing.
- Experience with Templates and Design Patterns.
- 3+ years of experience writing programs dealing with data handling.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge on LMS.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning approaches.
- Any of the mentioned LMS Blackboard, Moodle, SABA, Canvas will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Instructional design and technology will be added advantage.
