Instructional Designer

The key aspects of this role:

Understand scope through client inputs, client calls for multiple E-Learning and video projects / POCs
Conceptualize and develop storyboard that follows Instructional Design standards, innovation, and unique approaches
Work collaboratively with respective Subject Matter Expert (SME),stakeholders, Graphic Designer and Multimedia Programmers to provide solutions
Participate in review cycles of storyboards and final course at various stages
Keep abreast of developments in related tools and trends (MOOC, Adaptive Learning )
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
To be the right fit you’ll need:
2 to 5 years of experience in storyboarding for E-Learning courseware and videos
Hands on experience on following skills:
Understand the project requirement
Analyze client inputs, and training needs of the target audience
Creation of HLDD, storyboard and voice over script
Tools – MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT),Adobe Captivate, and Articulate storyline (Rapid Development tools)
Participate in review cycles of storyboard and final course at various stages

Good understanding of:

Instructional Design standards and Courseware Development principles
SCORM 1.2/2004 standards and LMS workflow
Familiarity with user experience (UX) to holistically comprehend learners’ interactions and responses to content when transmitted over a range of devices (desktops, mobiles and tablets)
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
