Develop and publish Policies, Procedures, Visual Process (in Vision) and Work Instruction within the project team
scope using the organization's standard guidelines and formats.
Review, establish and manage discipline for periodic review, revision, editing and certification of policies,
procedures and other supporting documents by the authorized department or person in the organization.
Work with program heads and other points of contact and/or Quality Coordinators to confirm that the
company’s standard style guide and client instructions both have been merged well and to the perfection in the
process documentation.
Work with the Quality Department and process owners to handle internal quality escalations, gap analysis, facts
gathering and external audits for global standards including ISO 9000 and TL 9000.
Participate in open process sessions, discussion, business conferences, board meetings, regional coordinator and
offices meetings to capture requirements, objectives, and structure action items and individual responsibilities
in the given process and functions
