Responsibilities:

·       Designing the Course Outline as per the learning objectives and developing training material meeting the same

·       Researching, analyzing, designing, developing, and customizing instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT

·       Applying various Instructional Strategies, Models and Theories to Content

·       Constructing user interfaces keeping in mind the requirements of the actors who would eventually use the interfaces to interact with the underlying information system.

·       To prepare the slides as per the Instructor requirement

·       Develop storyboards, layout templates, course skeleton, mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc.

·       Implement best practice methodologies in terms of user experience, interactivity, gamification, delivery platforms, evaluation methods, learning outcomes, etc.

·       Work closely with content developers’ graphic designers throughout project phases.

·       Understanding or working knowledge of E-Learning Authoring tools

(Experience in Instructional designing for Technical E- Learnings would be definitely an added advantage)

Desired Skills and Experience:

·         2+ Yrs of Experience in Instructional designing in the e-learning industry

• Reviewed content for Curriculum/ Academic/ K12 projects
• Bachelors or Masters in literature - BA (literature) / MA (literature) would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts

Experience: 2+ Yrs of Experience in Instructional designing in e-learning industry
