Kumon jobs - Instructor

Role:  INSTRUCTOR

Job Purpose - The Instructor will primarily be responsible for the overall development and growth of Children.

Job Profile-

·  Administration of worksheets as per Kumon method.

·  Observing the student on the center day while attempting worksheets.

·  Assess & analyze student’s progress as per Kumon method.

·  Determining the student’s starting point through Diagnostic Graphs.

·  To set study projection for students.

·  Counsel Parents & children for enrollment in Kumon.

·  Conduct Assessment Test and Achievement Test as per Kumon Method at the time of enrollment.

·  Monitoring marking of class work and homework worksheets by centre staff and assist if required.

·  Assigning C.W and H.W worksheets to students.

·  Providing feedback and update student’s study projection with parents.

·  Maintaining  record book of the child

·  Complete Kumon Training and regular Kumon knowledge test. 

Skill\ Requirements-

·         Excellent hold on English language written & verbal

·          Candidate must enjoy working with young children, ages 4-13

·          Flexible to learn and adapt to the dynamic work environment

·          Ability to work under pressure & critical thinking skills

·         A strong work ethic with attention to detail is required

·         Step 4: If qualify in both rounds ( Final Interview)
