Sales and Business Development:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous business and referrals.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of all interactions with clients for future reference.

Product Knowledge and Training:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in the insurance industry and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance products.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
• Continuously strive to improve sales performance through self-motivation and initiative.
