Job Description
● Client consultation and coordination on calls and emails.● To identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals andcold calling.● To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding theirinsurance needs and providing tailored solutions.● To negotiate with the clients and close the deals to achieve the set goals● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and market competition● Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review.● Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews tocontinuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
● Arranging insurance coverage according to client needs and preferences
