Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, and policy terms.
Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and claims support.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or direct sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/CRM tools).
Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
