Job Description

Urgent Requirement In Front Line Sales For Insurance Industry (motor,general,health,terms insurance)

Requirements

At least 1 year experience in Outbound selling Online (motor,general,health,terms insurance)
Should be proficient & spontaneous In Hindi/English
Should be passionate for Growth and Incentive
Should not be more than 30 Years of Age
Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Should be Pro in analyzing customer's need for insurance and assisting him/her buying the best plan(on Call)
Should be prepared and insightful
Should be open to working six days in a week and weekly off would be on a roster basis
Ensuring No miss-Selling/Unethical practices in the processes
High level of Target orientation of accomplishing weekly/monthly targets independently
Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes

Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls
Making outbound Telesales health Insurance to sale the health products
