Job Description

We are inviting Experienced person from insurance industry to work as Development Officer, Main Role is Recruitment of Financial Advisers for Chennai Mogappair east Location. Con ,Recruitment, Training and Placement.

Responsibilities:

When a candidate is appointed as Insurance Development Officer they have to perform certain duties/jobs.

They have to manage sales-oriented tasks.

The recruitment as Insurance Development Officers is for Urban and Rural Areas and the selected candidates will have to work in these areas.

The chosen candidates will be needed to recommend qualified individuals for appointments as life insurance agents, provide them with sufficient training, and assist the hired agents in closing the most life insurance sales possible.

Analyze the performance of each agent and set a target to sell insurance products to them.
