Job Description
INSURANCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER , COMMISION BASED SALARY . IF YOU ARE INTERESTED CALL AND MSG. AGE ABOVE 35 YEARS. YOU CAN GET STARTED WITH THE 2nd INCOME.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads: Find potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking
Meet with clients: Understand their financial goals and insurance needs
Educate clients: Explain the features and benefits of insurance policies and investment plans
Advise clients: Recommend insurance and investment options based on their needs
Help clients purchase policies: Assist with application forms and paperwork
Maintain client relationships: Stay in touch with clients to answer questions and provide support
Develop sales strategies: Set goals and create plans to achieve them
Train agents: Recruit new agents and provide ongoing training and support
Monitor agent performance: Evaluate agents' performance and motivate them to meet targets
Stay up-to-date: Keep current with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
