Job Description

Integration and Support

Responsibility :

  • Resolve client/customer issues, and data requests within the SLA.
  • Design & manage different scripts.
  • Generate reports based on request from client and internal stakeholders
  • Provide support to clients (Internal/External) on call/emails directly and providing resolution and steps.
  • Drive RCA of recurring issues and automate manual tasks
  • Co-ordinate with system and software releases with development team
  • Manage the gaps in Implementation or risk assessment.
  • Troubleshoot areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the long term.
  • Provide service to an international user community.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years hands on experience supporting applications built in Python/Java
  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (from reputed institutes)
  • Good experience with any scripting languages.
  • Good experience in writing queries to extract data from Postgres, MongoDB
  • Experience with RestAPI, JSON
  • Experience on Google/AWS/Azure or any other cloud infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of SDLC life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with any of the ticketing tool (preferably JIRA)
