Have strong accounting and analytical skills and ensure that BAU tasks are completed in time
Knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS accounting
Responsible to liaise with different business partners to understand their data requirement and work towards meeting those requirements
Responsible to post bank entries and prepare bank reconciliation for various bank accounts
Preparing journal entries for accruals, audit fees, management fees, performance fees etc.
Preparation of journal entries relating to prepayments
Calculation of management fees
Sourcing to ledger reconciliation for off balance sheets accounts
Liaising with SOX team and provide the required details to perform the SOX test every month.
Ensuring that SOPs (standard operating procedures) are developed and kept up to date for all processes
Responsible for preparation of KPI metrics
Investigating Global P&L and Balance Sheet Intercompany breaks
Ensure no aged balances, monitoring of intercompany breaks and resolution thereof on a timely basis
Tracking of open items and appropriate escalation in a timely manner
Ensuring timely and quality signoff of accounting balances on a monthly basis
Manage hand-offs with other departments e.g. LEAR, operations and intercompany Team
Seek to ensure quality commentary of breaks reported
Contribute in ad-hoc projects to improve processes
Intercompany break reconciliation process – Investigating and Monitoring IC breaks
Analysis of the accounts, management reporting and business partner management

Relevant University Degree i.e. accounting or finance related.
Chartered Accountant with 2-5 years of experience Or Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
Experience in financial accounting, intercompany reconciliation, cash settlements and/or similar operations
Proficient Excel user
Sound conceptual accounting skills
Strong communication skills
Outstanding presentation/documentation skills
Can work under pressure and flexible working hours
Good accuracy, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Detail oriented approach to work commitments
Ability to think logically and independently to tackle problems
Ability to work effectively with people from other departments in the organisation
Willingness to learn fast about processes and business
Desire to increase and broaden skills base.
