Job Description

Timings: 10 AM to 7PM
Qualification: 
Should be Good with Researching New Materials & Concepts in Interior. Sourcing Design & Conceptualisation
Should be Good at Negotiation with Vendors.
No Minimum Work Experience Needed
Basic Software = AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients throughout the process to ensure they are satisfied with the progress being made
Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals to create a cohesive design plan
Presenting proposals to clients that include design plans and cost estimates for proposed renovations
Creating 3D drawings of interior space layouts to show clients different design options
Recommending materials and furnishings based on the client’s preferences and budget guidelines
Conducting market research to identify design trends and consumer preferences
Managing all aspects of a project from beginning to end—including client relations, hiring subcontractors, and overseeing construction
Coordinating with contractors and other industry professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget
Determining which colors, textures, and styles will best suit the client’s needs based on their tastes and preferences
