Job Role:Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing concept and designs based on client’s requirement

· Handle the leads via call and visit the site to understand the complete requirements of the client. Then prepare the design and budget of new incoming requests as per the requirement of the customer. Set costs and project fees according to budget

· Prepare the project and regularly update the company its progress

· Regularly inspect the ongoing projects and update the company on the same

· Update the client with the progress of their ongoing project work and take regular feedback from the client on the same. Report to the company with the necessary details.

· Create 2D design / map as per the client’s requirement

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduation or Post Graduation in Architecture or Interior Design. Proven working experience shall be preferred.

· Knowledge of latest materials and construction technology

· Flair for composing cut sheets - material and colour palettes

· Good Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, 3dMax)

· Good Knowledge of graphic presentation tools (Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint)

· Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

· Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

· Excellent written and oral communication

· Excellent presentation skills with pleasant personality and positive body language

· Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
