Job Description

• Make AutoCAD drawings - layout, plan, elevations, etc.

• Make detailed drawings

• Make presentations on PPT

• Make quotation/ BOQ

• Client interaction/ meeting

• Material selection

• Will be the project owner responsible for client management

• Responsible all design deliverables (drawings, presentation, 3D views, BOQ) are prepared & presented to clients

• Will have a monthly sales target

• Will have to visit site and do a display walkthrough in Livspace Experience Center'

• Determine scope of work

• Negotiate fees clients and vendors

• Set project schedules

• Research plans to ensure they are technically feasible

• Produce rough sketches and storyboards

• Use CAD software to develop detailed designs

• Select appropriate material for the design and budget

• Advise clients on project progress
