Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Gurgaon. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines, monitoring quality and safety standards, and managing a team of workers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Demonstrated AutoCAD.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Understanding of local building codes and regulations

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in other Indian languages being a plus
