Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
  • Work independently as part of a project team in developing architectural design, under supervision by the Project Architect or Design Principal
  • Develop strong innovative design concepts including technical solutions to make the design feasible
  • Promoting excellence and proactively contributing to the studio culture

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • 5+ years experience
  • Familiarity with local building codes
  • Diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices
  • Affinity with developing details and experience in construction documents
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, another other language is an asset
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills
  • Confidence in working in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Path to Licensure.
  • Certification as a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC.
  • Experience with SketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suites, or other related graphic software.
  • Ability to help in the coordination of design teams of varying sizes to accomplish project delivery from concept through construction document completion and may perform construction administration.
