Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- Work independently as part of a project team in developing architectural design, under supervision by the Project Architect or Design Principal
- Develop strong innovative design concepts including technical solutions to make the design feasible
- Promoting excellence and proactively contributing to the studio culture
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 5+ years experience
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices
- Affinity with developing details and experience in construction documents
- Fluency in English is mandatory, another other language is an asset
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills
- Confidence in working in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Path to Licensure.
- Certification as a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC.
- Experience with SketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suites, or other related graphic software.
- Ability to help in the coordination of design teams of varying sizes to accomplish project delivery from concept through construction document completion and may perform construction administration.
