Job description for Intern working at HireConnect:

·        Talent Acquisition role where intern needs to perform calling duties to prospective candidates

·        Screening, shortlisting, and understanding the Job Profile for each requirement

·        Backfilling the position in case the candidate aborts

·        Connecting with candidates and clients for bridging the gaps within

·        Salary Negotiations before the offer is made

·        Understanding each clientele Recruitment process they have adopted

·        Business Development duties to reach out to perspective new clientele

·        Mass mailing to clients and candidates
