Job Description

Job Description

1-Handled compliance related inspections/Audit of various types of Brokers of the Exchange including Small & Medium Size stock brokers, proprietary traders, brokers having institutional clients, banks dealing in equity market and big broking houses.

2- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and risk assessment of stock broker to gauge their solvency and to evaluate the potential risk they pose to system.

3- Drafting of various observations of the queries raised by Exchanges/ SEBI.

4- Team Handling

5- Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.

6- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.

7- Overall supervision of planned annual audits.
