Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team as an Internal Coordinator. As a fresher in this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating seamless communication and coordination among various departments within the organization. The Internal Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, supporting project teams, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Track project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and planning to optimize project efficiency.
• Communication Management:
• Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate clear communication and information flow.
• Coordinate internal meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and involved.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, including project updates and announcements.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Generate reports on project status, key performance indicators, and resource utilization.
• Problem Resolution:
• Identify and address any internal issues or bottlenecks that may impact project progress.
• Work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in a timely manner.
• Quality Assurance:
• Assist in quality control processes, ensuring that projects adhere to established standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements based on feedback and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
