About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads using Indiamart, email marketing, and telecalling
2. Manage sales and enhance sales with food service clients (seasonings, ready to cook gravies, breading, sauces, pasta, bakery, etc.)
3. Explain product concept to customers during sales calls

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 2 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sales).

Travel allowance and daily railway pass would be provided by our company. The selected candidates would be eligible for additional incentives on making new distributors, new customer-first billing, quarterly incentives, and rewards schemes.
