International Accountant to scale the company’s accounting function and support the company’s growth. This position reports to the Controller and oversee Int’l Accounting, Financial Reporting, Close, Intra & Inter-Company Accounting and improve processes and systems to enable Milestone Technologies to meet operational, reporting and audit requirements as we scale

Timely review reconciliations, files, reporting prepared by the local international accounting firms to ensure reconciling items are appropriately identified and resolved.

Ensure accurate Intercompany accounting/transactions for Int’l Entities & Branches on cross-charge, international transfer pricing calculation and support tax payments and statutory filings, IGST, GST, VAT and other filings.

Perform daily accounting responsibilities including Int’l bank activities recording and act as support to resolve Accounts Payable issues, Credit Card reconciliations, Expense Reports, and Foreign Currencies.

Prepare journal entries for payroll, amortization, depreciation, reclass, accruals for payroll & payroll related accounts, balance sheet recons, flux/variance analysis, draft financial reviews with CFO & Ops teams, as applicable.

Should have 5-7 years of experience in Accounting and 2-3 years as International Accountant (EMEA/LATAM/UK/US)

Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the global organization

Attention to detail, quick learner and internally motivated to seek for answers and ideas

Ability to adapt to new/fast changing business requirements and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

Broad understanding of business processes and a team player who can operate effectively

Excellent MS office Suite skills and advanced computer spreadsheet skills

Experience with major ERP systems, NetSuite is a plus

Chartered Accountant or MBA in finance.
