Position: International BPO Executive (Work-from-Home)
As an International BPO Executive working from home, you will be an integral part of our talented team, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions or escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments.
Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information in the company's database during and after each interaction.
Multilingual Support: If applicable, assist customers in their native language or provide translation support as needed.
Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards, ensuring all interactions meet the highest level of service excellence.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our clients' products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Shift Flexibility: Be open to working in rotational shifts as per the business requirements and client time zones.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an International call centre.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, navigating multiple applications, and working with minimal supervision.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Internet Connectivity: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup.
