JOB DESCRIPTION
Process emails/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
You will be working for e-commerce(online shopping).
It is basically a non-voice chat process.
You have to chat with customers and solve their problems.
Receive and respond to customer inquiries over email, chat
Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps that customer coming back and increase revenue opportunities for the client
SKILLS REQUIRED
Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
Flexible to work in rotational shifts(Free cab facilities available in night shift)
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
