Required Knowledge, Skills,
and Abilities: We want a candidate who has a
good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel.

- Must be comfortable for Calling.
- Handling inquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
- Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
