  Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features 
•  Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
•  Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
•  Inform customers about new features and functionalities 
•  Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
•  Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred 
•   Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.  

Fresher Salary - up to 17-19k

Experience Salary - up to 22-24k

Shift :US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift

Qualification:

10th, 12th, Graduate

 Location- Bangalore.

Required Experience:

Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
