We are hiring for customer care executives in domestic/international BPO for both voice and non-voice processes.
JOB ROLE- Client/ customer dealing over phone & emails, solving their queries or issues regarding particular service or product.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
· Helping customers to solve issues with services, technical fields and handling customer information with integrity and sensitivity.
· Answering questions from customers about the features and capabilities of products
· Handle complaints and objections effectively and should try to resolve the same without escalation.
PROFICIENCIES- Candidates must possess excellent English written and verbal communication should be a multi tusker, target-oriented, team player, quick problem solver and must be comfortable in night shift.
QUALIFICATION- Any undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate
CA, CS, M. TECH, MCA, B. PHARMA, M. PHARMA, B. ED, LLB ETC ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
SALARY- Rs. 10,000- 20,000/- per month including benefits like pf, ESI, travel allowance etc.
Both freshers & experienced are welcome
SHIFTS- ROTATIONAL/ FIXED NIGHT
WEEK OFF- 1/2 DAYS ROTATIONAL
Pick and drop facilities available.
AGE – up to 35 years
