Job Description

  • Providing product information, pitching skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Upselling and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Adhere to quality standards and call center metrics
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Min. 6 months of experience in International BPO or the US automotive industry is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Training will be provided.
