Position: International Business Development Executive
CTC: Up to 3.0 lakhs (Depending on the performance in interview)
Roles and Responsibilities for International BDE:
· Lead Generation for acquiring new clients from various industries.
· Conversion of the leads through cold calling.
· Negotiating with them regarding the terms and getting them empaneled with our consultancy.
· Taking Details of the open positions from them and forwarding it to the Manager.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through skype.
· Clients Servicing, feedback from clients.
· Coordination between clients and Head office regarding vendor agreements.
· Male / Females will do.
· Freshers can also apply.
· Target Clients are companies in Romania.
Primary Responsibility (Lead Generation)
· Identify, qualify and generate leads in defined territory (international market Europe) Handle lead generation and database research with help of various online tools, directories and websites.
· Expert in working on LinkedIn and other online social media tools.
· Should have strong internet research skill and Clear understanding of market research basics.
· Good knowledge of Industries, Key skills & different kind of Job portals.
Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Target oriented Job, only those candidates who can handle the pressure of work should apply.
Training will be provided for the entire module of search and closures.
Top performers will get an opportunity to go to Europe - Romania for detail inspection and lateral process.
Looking for candidates having excellent English communication, Good Negotiation skills expected.
Job Location: Pune
Job Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. (Might change in future)
Job Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Contract Period of One year (Will be extended, with 30% hike depending on the performance of your tenure completed)
