International Business Operations Lead

As the International Business Operations Lead, you will support the operations across our Go-To-Market Teams in the EMEA & APJ regions. Like a startup within the company, Metallic is a lean, cross-functional team dedicated to launching new SaaS solutions. This position is a key new role, which will help scale the business in the coming years. It is a mix of tactically executing the day-to-day of our business, and strategically impacting the future of how we engage with our partners and transact across our eco-system.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on projects ranging from order processing, operational training for partners, business process documentation, back-end systems automation, to metrics reporting
- Support the Go-To-Market activities by assisting in the onboarding and operational support of our reseller partners in the EMEA and APJ regions
- Ensure the timely fulfillment of orders in coordination with Sales, Finance, SaaS Operations, Customer Success and Sales
- Support the accurate billing of fulfilled orders and usage with our Finance team and partners
- Verify that data is accurately reflected in our CRM and Billing systems, and partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure processes are implemented to support those efforts
- Assist the Business Operations Manager with key operations decisions and process flows
- Review sales opportunities to remove barriers and layers of complexity
- Respond to general operations inquiries from Sales and Finance teams a timely and professional manner

Desired Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of experience within an operations organization
- Bachelorâs Degree required; MBA a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, and NetSuite is a plus
- Working knowledge of business process flow tools or billing systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills including advanced formulas and using pivot tables
- Experience in a SaaS business that is primarily partner-driven is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Must be willing to work a staggered day to accommodate the US time zone
