We are looking for a skilled Call Center Leader who is great performer on outbound calls and good team builder.
You will start as a lone wolf and build a team of performers eventually. You will establish the inbound and outbound call center for our USA customers. You must have worked in outbound US voice process for minimum 2 years with excellent US accent and knowledge of US state and cities. You responsibilities include analyzing call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers. Candidate also should be well-versed with payment gateways and their functionality from integration to third-party service providers. You should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of inbound and outbound international voice process.
