Job Summary:

As an International Call Center Agent at Votiko. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that involves working night shifts to accommodate our international clients' time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads.

• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, or promotions to customers.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional telephone manner.

• Ability to work night shifts to accommodate international time zones.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and patience.

• Proficiency in using computers and call center technology (headset, CRM software, etc.).

Salary: 20,000 to - 70,000.00 /month

Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
