Job Description

Responsibilities:
Listen to customers to understand their problem or need
– This may require you to ask appropriate follow-up questions and provide specific information on products and services.
Provide assistance
– International Chat support must have the skill to troubleshoot basic technical issues and suggest possible solutions or provide support in resolving them.
Make sure customer needs are met
– You should follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and answer any additional questions. You should also document customer interactions in a customer database or ticketing system.
Acknowledge customers
– You should always make sure customers feel that they are being heard and valued, while effectively communicating updates and solutions.
