Job description:
The candidate should be able to understand, Articulate, and respond in English. Hence we should look at
Candidates with excellent communication skills in English both in oral and written.
We can look at candidates from BPO or customer support background and interest to work in night shift.
Key Responsibilities are:
• Develop and maintain a thorough level of product knowledge
• Strengthen customer relationships through the delivery of consistently excellent service
• Identify customer needs and help provide the correct solutions
• Ensure following up order guidelines, order checkpoints, processing of customer orders, and credit
claims
To be successful in this role you will have:
• A willingness and ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of a niche product
• The confidence to jump in and approach a variety of new tasks with enthusiasm
• A demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
