Looking for international customer support executive who can handle both international voice and non-voice process role.
# Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients by responding to their inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
# Responsible for resolving issues, tracking customer data, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
