● Candidate will be entitled with Online Leads of Interested customers.
● Candidate will have to make call to Interested customers
● Explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers
● Convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment or visit
● Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
● Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
● Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
● Manage large amounts of incoming calls
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
● Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
● Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
