Job Description

Job Designation:International e-tailer executive 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and identification of prospects within UK and China market
  • Handing client account/balance enquiries from current Chinese clients
  • Outbound sales activity and commercial management of opportunities
  • Full management of incoming sales enquiries from Chinese customers and partners
  • Providing verbal and written product and service information to clients in Mandarin and English
  • Registration of clients (Chinese and English)
  • Ensure utilization of etailer accounts and reactivation or closure of non-active accounts
  • Physical booking of contracts 
  • Manage all activity via the company’s CRM system – SalesForce (including overall management of etailers globally on SF)
  • Create and manage activity reports for project managers
  • Co-ordinate with UK Dealing desk, back office and other relevant business units
  • Co-ordinate activities with partners and China desk in Shanghai
  • Manage the Etailer China email account
Shift Time : Day Shift ( Rotational Shift )
Handling : UK and Chinese Clients

CTC Offered:8 lakhs to 10 lakhs Per Annum
