Job Role:
Sourcing candidates from various social media like (Linkedin) line with the job description and posting through various sources given by the account manager
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Work independently and also collaborate with team members to develop a collaborative environment
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in any domain
Hands-on experience with various interview mode (e.g. Telephone, Skype)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting (End to End hiring)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
