What your responsibilities will be?

·         As part of the role, you are required to efficiently and promptly answer incoming calls professionally.

·         The job involves making outbound calls to handle online quote requests.

·         The task is to convert leads into tangible business opportunities successfully.

·         Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end booking management for all clients.

·         0 - 1 year of experience as in Customer Service

·         Work Type : Onsite Only

·         Open to work in early shift timings (3 AM and 5 AM IST).

·         Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required

·         Weekend availability is required for this position(5 days working)
